Joe’s Sporting Goods on-line orders and telephone orders are shipped to you via UPS/Fedex. USPS to P.O. Boxes. Ground Shipping generally take 3-7 business days for delivery.

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours, Monday thru Thursday, and Friday before 12:00 pm. If items purchased during a weekend or holiday, item(s) will be shipped on the next business day. If an item is out of stock or we have questions about your order we will contact you witihn a 36 hour period.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase with receipt, item(s) must be new and have original tags/boxes.

Returns without a receipt on current merchandise will be issued store credit at the item(s) lowest sale price.

No returns on Ammunition

If the package was damaged in shipment, or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please call Customer Service at 1-888-GO-TO-JOES, local (651)-209-7800, or contact us by e-mail before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the maufacturer for replacement or repair.
